Will there be a shuttle service to/from Courtyard Marriott to High Point Unviersity for the Gala?
Yes, complementary shuttle service will be provided from the Courtyard Marriott to the University and return for only the Saturday night Gala Celebration.
Can we bring children to the Gala Celebration?
Children are kindly requested not to attend the Gala Celebration. For attendees needing childcare, Kiddin’ Around Drop-In Childcare in High Point will be our partners and will be available from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday, June 8th, at a cost of $45.00 per child. Reservations for child care can be made XXX.

Will the hotel rate be available after 5/17/24?
The discounted room rate of $159 + taxes is only good until 5/17/2024. After that rate the room will be market cost.
